Founder and Managing Director - Michael Hryczyszyn
Michael has been involved in various areas of property and construction since 2009. A trade background keeps him grounded and well connected to the fundamentals of construction and development. Combining a strong passion for assisting home owners and first home buyer enter the property market Michael’s strengths extend across acquisitions, traditional and non-traditional project funding methodologies, due diligence and having a clear understanding of sell through and exit strategies. His ability to diligently select development sites that preform well in any market cycle has been the catalyst to the Groups growth. Michael is also a key driver of relationships and networks which are built on clear communication and mutual value.
